OUE REIT issues $120m green notes at 3.90% due 2031

The notes are issued under the $2b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme.

OUE REIT has issued $120m green notes at a fixed rate of 3.90% due 2031.

The notes are issued under the $2b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme and are consolidated with the REIT’s existing $180m green notes issued on 26 September.

OUE REIT will list the additional notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 22 November.

OCBC and DBS were the joint lead managers and bookrunners for this issuance.
