SUTL to acquire Marina at Keppel Bay for $40m

The deal adds 166 berths, raising total berths to 436.

SUTL Enterprise Limited has agreed to acquire Marina at Keppel Bay from Keppel Bay Pte Ltd for $40m, with completion expected in H2 2026, according to a company announcement.

The acquisition will add 166 berths with superyacht capability for vessels of up to 280 feet. Combined with the 270-berth ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, SUTL will operate 436 berths, making it the largest integrated marina owner and operator in Singapore.

SUTL plans to rebrand the asset as ONE°15 Marina Keppel Bay and undertake phased upgrades to berthing infrastructure, clubhouse facilities, retail space and lifestyle offerings to expand revenue across berthing, membership, hospitality and food and beverage services.

The group expects operational synergies from shared services and will extend existing marine conservation initiatives, including education programmes, coral garden expansion and satellite hosting of the Singapore Yachting Festival, to the Keppel Bay site.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
