GuocoLand prices $200m notes due 2027 at 3.307%

The developer plans to issue the notes on 15 November on SGX-ST.

GuocoLand has priced its $200m notes due 15 November 2027 at 3.307%.

The interest rate for the notes is payable semi-annually in arrears on 15 May and 15 November of each year.

GuocoLand will issue the notes under its $3b Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme.

The developer plans to issue the notes on 15 November on SGX-ST at an issue price of 100% of their principal amount in denominations of $250,000.

GuocoLand will use the net proceeds from the notes issuance to finance general working capital and corporate requirements of the Company and its subsidiaries.
