Sembcorp Industries unit issues $350m notes due 2036

The notes bear a fixed rate of 3.65%.

Sembcorp Industries (SCI) wholly-owned Sembcorp Financial Services (SFI) issued $350m worth of notes due 2036 at a fixed rate of 3.65%

SCI listed the notes on SGX-ST on 24 October.

The notes are under the $5b Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by SCI and SFS on 31 July 2023.

SCI fully guarantees the payment obligations of SFS under the notes.
