Wilmar CEO raises stake with 1.15 million share purchase

He acquired the shares at $3.080 apiece.

Wilmar International CEO Kuok Khoon Hong increased his stake through a 1.15 million share purchase via market transaction.

Kuok acquired the shares at $3.080 apiece.

Following the acquisition, Kuok's total stake in the company rose to 14.18% from 14.16%

His direct interest remained at 0.05% whilst his deemed interest rose to 14.13% from 14.11%.
