Lendlease’s csuites reach full occupancy

Its AAA office towers attained almost 100% occupancy.

Lendlease announced that its flexible workplace, the csuites at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) 3, reached its full commitment from international companies from various sectors such as tech, security, and fashion.

Meanwhile, its three Grade-A office towers at PLQ1, 2, and 3 attained almost 100% occupancy.

Csuites are designed to emphasize flexibility and a people-first approach that help corporations address their employee's health and well-being, Lendlease said in a press release, 26 August.

This 72,000 square feet workplace can cater for digital, fashion, real estate, security services, and tech solutions companies with 50 to 200 employees.

According to Lendlease, one of the reasons the firms occupied csuites is that it is located at the "PLQ’s work-live-play ecosystem and vibrant network" — giving access to PLQ Mall; 100,000-square-feet green public areas; 2 MRT lines, the East-West and Circle lines, via the Paya Lebar MRT interchange station; and Park Connector Network, amongst others.

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT Chairman Ng Hsueh Ling said, “We are pleased to have innovative and high-growth members as part of our dynamic csuites community. As we navigate through a post-pandemic world, agile, and flexible workplace solutions will remain relevant, as organisations continue to see the merits in collaborating at physical workplaces.

"In today’s pandemic-prone world, corporations look for agile workplace strategies that help them stay responsive to different business cycles with options to optimise their short-term physical footprint according to their needs," Lendlease said.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
