MUFG Bank sets up structured trade solutions subsidiary in Singapore

It is wholly owned by the Japanese megabank’s consolidated subsidiary.

MUFG Bank has established a structured trade solutions subsidiary in Singapore.

MUFG Trading (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. will extend structured trade solutions through the purchase and sale of products, the Japanese megabank said in a press release.

MUFG Trading Singapore is wholly owned by MUFG Trading, a consolidated subsidiary of the bank.

The new subsidiary was officially established on 29 December 2025.
