Tiffany & Co. brings Blue Box Café to Singapore

Marks the brand's expansion into luxury hospitality.

Tiffany & Co. will launch its first official Blue Box Café in Singapore, marking a new chapter in the brand's signature luxury hospitality experience.

The café will be located on the third floor of the Tiffany & Co. flagship store at ION Orchard, offering guests an immersive dining destination inspired by the iconic New York jeweler.

The café was developed in collaboration with Chef Julien Royer, chef-owner of the three-Michelin-starred Odette and sister restaurant Claudine.

The menu combines American-inspired dining with French cuisine, incorporating Singaporean flavors and ingredients across breakfast, afternoon tea, and all-day dining.

One of the café's highlights is its elevated interpretation of the iconic "Breakfast at Tiffany's." Served on a two-tiered silver stand, the breakfast experience includes seasonal fruits, homemade granola, freshly baked viennoiseries and baguettes with Beillevaire butter and artisanal jams, smoked trout, and Royer's signature Oeuf à la Coque made with Japanese Oita eggs and topped with Oscietra caviar.

For afternoon tea, the café introduces "Tea at Tiffany's," served on Tiffany & Co.'s signature three-tiered stand. It includes Croque Madame, potato millefeuille with caviar, wagyu cecina roll with black truffle, and pastries such as pandan chouquettes, calamansi tartelettes, and Vanuatu vanilla flan.

The all-day menu includes Chef Royer's interpretation of Singapore chicken rice, called Confit Yellow Chicken, made with claypot-cooked Niigata rice, chicken skin, and sake-seaweed beurre blanc Albufera. Other dishes include the Alaskan Spot Prawn "Dumpling," the Tiffany & Co. Burger made with a Wagyu and Angus beef blend, and Heirloom Beetroots with roasted beets and goat's cheese.

Desserts include the SniX, inspired by American chocolate bars, and the Tiffany Island, a reinterpretation of the French Île Flottante.

The Blue Box Café marks Tiffany & Co.'s first official dining concept in Singapore, expanding the luxury brand's hospitality offerings in the region.
