Venture Corporation CFO steps down

William Ng Wai Lim's last day of service is 30 April.

Venture Corporation Chief Financial Officer (CFO) William Ng Wai Lim has resigned.

In a bourse filing, Venture Corporation said Ng’s last day of service is 30 April.

Whilst the company looks for Ng’s replacement, Anthea Ng Lee Leng, group finance director, will be managing the functions and responsibilities of the CFO.

“Until his departure, Mr William Ng Wai Lim will work closely with Ms Anthea Ng Lee Leng to ensure a smooth transition and proper handover of his duties,” the company said.
