Lawsuit vs PropNex withdrawn, company says

Its financial position and performance for FY2025 are unaffected by the suit

PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd. said in a bourse filing that a lawsuit made against it by an unnamed entity has been discontinued and withdrawn.

“The company wishes to update shareholders that the claimant has discontinued and withdrawn the suit,” PropNex said.

PropNex Limited’s financial position and performance for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 are unaffected by the suit, it added.
