Rajah & Tann Singapore names new deputy managing partner

Abdul Jabbar Bin Karam Din was the former head of the Corporate & Transactional Group.

Rajah & Tann Singapore has appointed Abdul Jabbar Bin Karam Din as deputy managing partner.

Jabbar previously served as head of the Corporate & Transactional Group. He has been a partner for over 26 years.

He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and banking and finance.

In his new role, Jabbar will support the firm’s strategic development and the integration of centralised services across the organisation.

He is the second deputy managing partner appointed since Kelvin Poon, SC, became deputy to Ng Kee Way on 1 April 2025.
