Centurion posts 10% YoY revenue increase in 9M23 

In Singapore, Centurion’s revenue rose by 8% YoY to $99.2m.

Centurion reported a revenue of $149m in 9M23, a 10% YoY increase.

The company attributed its higher revenue to the continued increases in occupancies of its Singapore and Malaysia Purpose-Built Workers Accommodation (PBWA), Australia Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), as well as improved rental rates across its Singapore, Malaysia, UK and Australia properties. 

In 9M23, PBWA revenue increased 12% YoY to $113.5m, compared to $101.5m in 9M22.

Centurion hosts nine Purpose-Built Workers Accommodation (PBWA) with five Purpose-Built Dormitories (PBDs) comprising 27,530 beds and four Quick Build Dormitories (QBDs) comprising 7,256 beds in Singapore.
