District 15 freehold plot launched at $25m

EOI closes on 22 April.

A freehold landed redevelopment plot at 5 Jalan Khairuddin in Opera Estate has been launched for sale with a guide price of $25m, according to its marketing agent Savills.

The site in District 15 spans about 17,413 square feet and is zoned for two-storey mixed landed use.

Savills said the plot could be redeveloped into a detached house, cluster housing, or a subdivided landed scheme, subject to regulatory approval.

The property is near Kembangan and Bedok MRT stations and has access to the ECP and PIE, whilst nearby amenities include Bedok Mall, Djitsun Mall, and schools such as Opera Estate Primary School.

The sale will be conducted through an expression of interest exercise closing on 22 April 2026 at 3:00 pm.
