O’Hotel on Kowloon City Road launched for sale

The property sits on a 3,100-square-foot site with an estimated 28,000-square-foot gross floor area.

O’Hotel at 42–46 Kowloon City Road, a 21-storey hotel property in To Kwa Wan, has been launched for sale as a licensed hospitality asset with potential for student housing conversion, according to its sole marketing agent Colliers.

The property sits on a 3,100-square-foot site with an estimated 28,000-square-foot gross floor area and comprises 151 rooms, according to owner-provided figures, subject to verification.

It is located within a 2-minute walk of To Kwa Wan MTR station and close to Kowloon City and the Kai Tak redevelopment zone.

The property features compact, modern rooms averaging around 120 square feet saleable, along with a top-floor lounge and rooftop garden offering views across Kowloon and the harbourfront.

The hotel is currently generating stable, consistent income and is offered for sale as-is with its existing hotel license.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
