Parkview Eclat luxury units up for sale: CBRE

The freehold condominium offers 35 units.

CBRE announced the sale of the newly launched Parkview Eclat luxury penthouse collection on an exclusive basis.

Located at 138 Grange Road, the collection comprises two adjacent Junior Penthouses on Level 18 and a Super Penthouse on Level 20. The freehold condominium offers a total of 35 units.

Units in the junior penthouses span approximately 5,900 sq ft, with a guide price of $26m per unit. The super penthouse has a guide price of $56m.

“Despite a muted past couple of years in the Singapore private residential sector, coveted penthouse units continue to command record-breaking prices. Rare freehold trophy homes like these remain highly sought-after by discerning affluent buyers who prioritize comfort and privacy for their families,” Tricia Ang, vice president for Residential at CBRE Singapore said.
