SG is the 8th leading global city for the wealthy

There are 7,471 UHNW individuals with primary or secondary residence in the Lion City.

Singapore has been overtaken by Beijing in the list of top global cities for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, falling to 8th rank.

According to Altrata’s Residential Real Estate 2023, there are 7,471 UHNW individuals with primary or secondary residence in Singapore.

Excluding US cities, Singapore ranked as the third leading UHNW city by secondary homeowners, with 3,586 individuals having at least one secondary home in the Lion City.

In terms of density or the number of general residents per ultra-wealthy resident or second-homer, Singapore ranked 6th, with 992 city residents per UHNW primary resident or secondary homeowner.
