URA releases two residential sites to boost housing supply

The sites can potentially yield about 1,425 residential units.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential sites at Berlayar Drive and New Upper Changi Road for sale under the first half of the Government Land Sales Programme.

The sites at Berlayar Drive and New Upper Changi Road could potentially yield about 415 and 1,010 residential units, respectively.

Berlayar Drive has a site area of 25,263.1 square metres and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 35,369 sq m. Meanwhile, the New Upper Changi Road has a site area of 30,769.0 sq m with a GFA of 86,154 sq m.

The tender for the Berlayar Drive and New Upper Changi Road sites will close at 12 noon on 4 August 2026 and 1 September 2026, respectively.
