URA unveils two residential sites for sale

The sites can yield about 525 residential units.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two sites up for grabs under the 2nd Half 2016 Government Land Sales Programme.

The residential with 1st storey commercial site at Perumal Road is launched for sale under the confirmed list.

According to URA, this sie its an "attractive land parcel located near Farrer Park MRT Station and conveniently linked to Central Expressway (CTE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE) for easy access."

Meanwhile, the residential site at Toh Tuck Road is available for sale on the Reserve List.

URA said this site is located within an established residential area, and near Bukit Batok Nature Park and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.

"Residents can shop and dine at nearby shopping centres and eating outlets along Cheong Chin Nam Road and Chun Tin Road. Educational instituitions such as Pei Hwa Primary School and Ngee Ann Polytechnic are also located in the vicinity," the firm said.

Combined, the two sites can potentially yield about 525 residential units.
