Dunearn House preview to start on 10 July

The 380-unit District 11 project is the first private residential launch in the Bukit Timah Turf City masterplan.

Frasers Property, CSC Land Group and Sekisui House will begin previews for Dunearn House on 10 July 2026, with sales bookings scheduled to start on 25 July.

The 380-unit, 99-year leasehold project is the first private residential development under the new Bukit Timah Turf City masterplan and the first launch in the Swiss Club landed enclave in 33 years.

Located at 760 to 770 Dunearn Road in District 11, the development is about a four-minute walk from Sixth Avenue MRT station and near the future Turf City MRT station on the Cross Island Line.

Indicative prices start from $1.475m for a two-bedroom unit, $2.597m for a three-bedroom unit, and $3.588m for a four-bedroom unit. Unit sizes range from 527 sq ft to 1,378 sq ft.

Dunearn House will comprise two 19-storey blocks and three 10-storey blocks, with a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units across its Luxury and Pinnacle collections. The expected vacant possession date is 31 December 2030.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
