A Municipal Services Office (MSO) vendor has reported experiencing a “cyber incident” that led to data related to push notifications for MSO’s One Service application to be deleted.

According to the MSO, the app system and the users were not affected. It also assured that there was no personal identifiable information stored in the databases that were compromised.

The former managing director of Envy Global Trading Ng Yu Zhi is facing 12 new charges, in relation to the $1b nickel investment scheme.

Ng allegedly misappropriated some $201.2m from the Envy Global Trading’s DBS bank account between August 2020 and February 2021.
