CapitaLand Investment CEO now owns 5.6 million shares after latest equity vesting

CEO Lee Chee Koon’s direct stake in CLI rose to 0.11% after performance awards convert.

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) CEO Lee Chee Koon’s direct stake rose to 5.62 million shares, or about 0.11% of total issued shares, up from 5,241,953, the company reported in a filing to the Singapore Exchange on 4 March 2026.

His aggregate rights and options over CLI shares decreased to 2.11 million from 2.76 million, with the corresponding number of underlying shares falling to 5.76 million from 7.091 million.

These include unvested shares under the CapitaLand Investment Restricted Share Plan 2021 and awards under the Performance Share Plan 2021.

The filing reflects changes following a market transaction on 2 March 2026, as reported under Singapore’s Securities and Futures Act.
