Substantial EnGro shareholder sees interest fall to 7.48% after structural changes

His direct holding remains at 1.2 million shares.

Tan Chin Hoon, a substantial shareholder of EnGro Corporation Limited, saw his deemed interest fall to 21.5 million shares (7.48%) following the cessation of shareholding in New Town Development Pte Ltd on 12 December 2025.

His direct holding remains at 1.2 million shares (0.42%), whilst his deemed interest through related entities fell from 23 million shares (8.00%), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange.

EnGro has a total of 287.61 million issued shares excluding treasury shares.

The filing was made under the Securities and Futures Act, which requires substantial shareholders to disclose any material changes in direct or deemed shareholdings in SGX-listed companies.
