Wang sells entire 7.9% Low Keng Huat stake for $45.6m

He disposed 58,546,000 shares, taking his interest to zero.

Wang Yu Huei of Asdew Acquisitions has disposed of his entire deemed interest of 58,546,000 shares in Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited for a total consideration of $45.67m, excluding fees and duties.

Following the disposal, his interest fell to zero, resulting in him ceasing to be a substantial shareholder under the Securities and Futures Act, according to a bourse filing.

Wang held a deemed interest of 7.9% in Low Keng Huat before the transaction.

The shareholder disposed of the shares through market transactions on 22 January 2026.
