Wee Hur enters JV to build Wycombe Abbey School (Singapore)

The property will be developed at certain land lots at Huogang Avenue 3.

Wee Hur Holdings Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary Wee Hur Property, has entered a joint venture for the development of Wycombe Abbey School (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (SPV).

WH Property, along with WM (IS) Private Limited (WM(IS), and WA Education Service Pte. Limited (BE), and SPV Company, agreed to build the development at the lots at Hougang Avenue 3 has been opened for shares.  

The SPV Company on 22 October allotted and issued 490 ordinary shares and 600,000 class B shares to WH Property.

A total of 100,000 Class B shares were issued to WMIS, whilst 500 ordinary shares and 300,000 Class B shares to BE.

WMIS is a private company incorporated in Singapore and its directors are Goh Yeo Hwa, Goh Yeow Lian, Goh Yew Gee, and Goh Yew Tee, collectively known as the Goh Directors, the filing said.

Total value of all transactions with Goh Directors and their associates amount to $5.437m prior the transaction and $71.436m including the transaction.
