ComfortDelGro to acquire UK-based NAT Group for $25m
It aims to expand its bus and coach operations outside of London.
ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited (CDG) annoucned that its wholly owned subsidiary Braddell Limited has entered an agreement to acquire all shares of bus and coach company operator New Adventure Travel Limited (NAT Group) in the UK, with a purchase consideration of $25m.
NAT Group operates a fleet of 117 buses and coaches across four depots in South Wales. Majority of its revenue come from commercial and contracted scheduled public bus service routes. The group also offers chartered coach services.
