FedEx expands self-collection services to 800 NinjaVan locations

The option is limited to packages weighing less than 5 kilograms.

FedEx Express has partnered with NinjaVan to expand its self-collection services.

With this, customers can now choose any of NinjaVan’s 800 self-collection points in Singapore using the FedEx Delivery Manager International (FDMi) platform.

The self-collection option is limited to packages weighing up to 5kg and with dimensions no larger than 80cm (L/W/H).  All packages must be collected within 2 days otherwise they will be returned to FedEx or the sender.

“The expanded self-collection service will provide a competitive edge for small and medium enterprises and e-merchants through added convenience and flexibility for their customers when it comes to delivery  arrangements,” said Eric Tan, managing director, FedEx Express Singapore.
