Skylink Holdings net profit after tax rises 32.7% in H1 FY2026

This follows its reverse takeover of Sincap Group Limited.

Skylink Holdings Limited reported that its net profit after tax stood at $1.798m for H1FY2026, a 32.7% year-on-year increase, following its reverse takeover of Sincap Group Limited. 

Skylink’s unaudited profit before tax for the period ended 30 September 2025 rose by 20.1% YoY to $1.924m.

The commercial vehicle leasing firm’s profit attributable to equity holders of the company stood at $1.798m during the period, also a 32.7% over the previous year.

The company’s revenue grew by 33.8%, pushed by significant increases in its commercial vehicle leasing and engineering businesses.

Skyline also offers vehicle financing and financial solutions and MRO services.
