H2G Green pushes T T J Greenfuel acquisition deadline to 28 February

This marks the tenth supplemental agreement for the deal since August 2023.

H2G Green Limited has extended the long-stop date for its proposed acquisition of 100% of T T J Greenfuel Pte. Ltd. to 28 February, following further delays since the deal was announced in August 2023.

The extension follows a tenth supplemental agreement signed on 30 January between H2G’s subsidiary, Green Energy Investment Holding Private Limited (GEIH), and the vendor, T T J Holdings Limited, according to a bourse filing.

Under the revised terms, completion of the acquisition must now take place no later than 28 February 2026, unless further extensions are agreed in writing.

The company said it has received a revised consent letter from JTC dated 23 January, which supersedes an earlier consent issued on 8 January.

The vendor has accepted the terms of the revised letter.

GEIH is continuing discussions with the vendor to vary certain terms of the sale and purchase agreement in relation to one document required for completion, which will require shareholders’ approval.

Further updates will be issued should there be material developments or an additional extension beyond February be required, H2G added.v

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.
