All projects are scheduled to be completed in 2028.

King Wan Corporation has secured new mechanical and electrical contracts worth around $28.3m between April and June 2025.

The projects include sanitary, plumbing, and gas works for a 188-unit residential development at Beach Road/Nicoll Highway and air-conditioning and ventilation systems for a food factory at Kallang Way.

It also includes the installation of plumbing, sanitary systems, and rainwater downpipes, which is underway for a proposed residential development consisting of 161 units in Phase 11 (Luxus Hill Heights, Luxus Hill View, and Luxus Hill Road) and 159 units in Phase 12 (Luxus Hill Road and Seletar Road).

All projects are scheduled to be completed in 2028.

The company does not expect these contracts to have any significant impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the group for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
