2 Tuan Sing Holdings' Directors retire
Kaka Singh and Patrick Yeoh Khwai Hoh both retired last 20 April 2012.
The Board of Tan Sing Holdings announced the retirement of Kaka Singh and Patrick Yeoh Khwai Hoh during the Annual General Meeting held on 20 April 2012.
Kaka Singh, 72, carried out the roles and responsibilities in accordance with the terms of reference of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a Tuan SIng Holdings report.
Singh was appointed to the post 18 February 2002.
On the other hand, Mr Yeoh, 74, Non-Executive Chairman, a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
He was appointed 1 July 1998.
