CH Offshore names George Thia Peng Heok as director

He will also be chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nominating Committee as well as member of the Renumeration Committee.

CH Offshore announced the appointment of George Thia Peng Heok as independent non-executive director.

Mr Thia, 66, is currently business consultant at Asiainc Private Ltd since 2005. Before this, he was non-executive chairman of Memstar Technology Ltd and independent director of Manhattan Resources from 2007 to 2013, according to a CH Offshore report.
