Interra Resources appoints Sugi Handoko as Vice President of Operations

He was tasked to manage the petroleum exploration and production operations of the Group.

The Board of Directors of the Interra Resources Ltd. approved Mr Sugi Handoko’s appointment as Vice President of Operations after considering his credentials and experience in oil and gas management and operations.

Mr Handoko, 49, was given the overall responsibility of managing the petroleum exploration and production operations of the Group.

He was Operations Manager of Goldwater Company Limited (100% subsidiary of the Company) wherein he seconded to Myanmar as Country Manager. He was responsible for all aspects of company management and operations, which include engineering, production, finance, procurement, logistic, human resources and government liaison, according to an Interra Resources report.

He was also the Director of PT Retco Prima Energi and PT Anzon Energy Indonesia as well as General Manager of TAC Pertamina - Binatek Reka Kruh and TAC Pertamina - Indama Putera Kayapratama from Nov 2009 to present. Prior to this he was the Country Manager of Goldwater Company Limited. Nov 1997 to Aug 2006.
