Lau Liong Kii retires as director of Nam Cheong

He retired at Annual General Meeting held on 29 April 2013.

The Board of Nam Cheong announced the retirement of Lau Liong Kii as independent director.

Mr Lau, 62, was also a member of Audit Committee, according to a Nam Cheong report.

He was appointed to the post 24 February 2012.
