Thai Beverage Public appoints Prasit Kovilaikool as Director
The Nomination Committee chose him to replace Mr. Staporn Kavitanon.
The Board of Directors proposed to the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited with the recommendation of the Nomination Committee to elect Mr. Prasit Kovilaikool as a new director in place of Mr. Staporn Kavitanon who is due to retire by rotation and passed away, according to a Thai Beverage Public report.
Aside from being Independent Director, Mr. Prasit Kovilaikool, 69, will also be an Audit Committee Chairman.
