GRP Ltd's Chairman resigns

Xu Sailan also quitted as Alternate Director to Mr Yu Zhongjiang following the latter's resignation.

GRP Ltd announced the resignation of Yu Zhongjiang as Non-Executive Director/Chairman.

Yu Zhongjiang, 47, quitted his post as he ceased as a Substantial Shareholder of the Company GRP Ltd's report.

In line with this, Xu Sailan also ceased as Alternate Director to Mr Yu due to Mr Yu's resignation.
