The Board of Karin Technology Holdings considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee. Based on Mr Lawrence Kwan's qualifications and working experiences, the Board is of the view that Mr Lawrence Kwan would be able to contribute towards the core competencies of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr Kwan, 65, will be an Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee, according to a Karin Technology Holdings report.
