PSL Holdings Lim Bok Hoo as Director

The group valued Mr Lim's business experience and business connectivity for his appointment.

The Board had considered the Nominating Committee's recommendation and assessment of Mr Lim's qualifications and experience and is of the view that he has the requisite experience and capability to assume the responsibility as a Non-Executive Director. The Board believes Mr Lim's vast business experience and business connectivity will provide enhancement value to the Group, according to a PSL Holdings report.

Mr Lim is an established businessman and experienced investor in the food & beverage and entertainment industries. Mr Lim is also the managing director of Heng Heng Group, a reputable regional company that provides VIP gaming promotions and entertainment services to wealthy individuals for the gaming industry in the region.
