Superior Multi-Packaging names Lee Jer Ren as Alternate Director
Mr. Lee holds the position of being an Alternate Director to Goh Chuen Jin.
The Board has considered the appointment of Mr Lee Jer Ren as the Alternate Director nominated by Mr Goh Chuen Jin. The NC has reviewed the qualification of Mr Lee and approved the appointment, according to a Superior Multi-Packaging report.
Mr Lee was is currently the Associate Director of Yenom Holdings Pte Ltd from Dec 2011. He previously held the position of Assistant Investment Manager of the same company from Jun 2008 to Dec 2011.
