K1 Ventures appoints Annie Koh as Independent Director

Her extensive experience as Dean of Singaporean universities earned her the post.

The Board of K1 Ventures announced the appointment of Annie Koh as Independent Director.

Prof Koh, 59, is currently Vice-President, Business Development & External Relations Academic Director, Centre for Professional Studies/Financial Training Institute/Business Families Institute/International Trading Centre at Singapore Management University from 2012 to present. Prior to this, she was Dean, Office of Executive and Professional Education, Singapore Management University and Academic Director, Financial Training Institute/International Trading Institute at SMU from 2007 to 2012 and Dean, Office of Executive Education and concurrently Associate Dean, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University from 2003 to 2010, according to a K1 Ventures report.
