These are the two largest launches in OCR

They accounted for 72.9% and 46.1% of the region's new launches and sales.

According to Colliers International, a total of 1,202 and 1,509 units were launched and sold in the OCR, up 5.6% and 35.8% MoM respectively. July saw the debut of only five new projects of various scales – Parc Olympia, Parc Centros, Naung Residence, Haus@ Serangoon Gardens and a smallish 8-unit landed housing development.

Here's more from Colliers International:

The 486-unit Parc Olympia and 618-unit Parc Centros, were the two largest projects launched in the OCR, which collectively accounted for 72.9% and 46.1% of new launches and sales in the region. The former found buyers for 204 units out of 352 units launched while the latter sold 492 units out of the 524 units released. The 60-unit Naung Residence found buyers for all the six units that were released. Response to the two landed housing projects was mixed. The 97-unit Haus@Serangoon sold 43 out of 50 units released while the fully launched 8-unit housing development found only one buyer.

Meanwhile, homebuyers continued to buy units released from previously launched projects. Projects that enjoyed brisk sales include River Isles, (86 units sold), Flo Residence (57 units sold), Sea Esta (59 units sold) and Bartley Residences (59 units sold).

While the region continued to contribute a majority share of 77.7% to total private developers’ sales in July, this was a fall from the 81.0% share recorded in June as a result of increased launches and sales in the CCR and RCR.
