Jaya Holdings' Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer retires

Chan Mun Lye was tasked to supervise the group's business strategies and direction.

The Board of Jaya Holdings announced resignation of Chan Mun Lye as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Mr Chan, 60, had the role as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer involved overseeing matters relating to the Group's business strategies and direction, corporate plans and policies and the general management of the Group, according to a Jaya Holdings report.
