Otto Marine President and Group Chief Executive Officer retires

Lee Kok Wah will serve as Advisor to Chairman and Group CEO effective 28 November 2011.

A company announcement said the 64-year-old is retiring due to personal reasons.

The Chairman of the Company, Mr Yaw Chee Siew, will assume Mr Lee’s duties as the Group CEO. Mr Yaw’s new designation will be Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer.

Meanwhile Mr Lee remains as a Non-Executive Director of Otto Marine.
