Bumitama Agri's net profit up 22.5% to $211.08m in 2025
Basic and diluted earnings per share reached 12.17 Singapore cents.
Bumitama Agri Ltd. reported a net profit of $211.08m (IDR2.80t) for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, up from $172.25m (IDR2.29t) in 2024, according to its financial statement.
Basic and diluted earnings per share rose to 12.17 Singapore cents (IDR1,616) from 9.93 Singapore cents (IDR1,319).
Revenue increased 19.2% to $1.50b (IDR19.95t) from $1.26b (IDR16.73t), with gross profit reaching $420.13m (IDR5.58t). Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation rose to $432.95m (IDR5.75t) from $333.10m (IDR4.42t).
The average selling price for crude palm oil (CPO) was $1.08 (IDR14,355) per kilogramme, whilst palm kernel (PK) prices rose 59.9% to $0.91 (IDR12,093) per kilogramme. CPO sales volume reached 1,175,816 tonnes and PK sales totalled 254,073 tonnes.
CPO production increased to 1,253,341 tonnes, with internal fresh fruit bunch production at 2,224,473 tonnes and a yield of 19.5 tonnes per hectare.
Cost of sales rose to $1.08b (IDR14.37t) from $932.04m (IDR12.38t), covering purchased fruit bunches, plantation maintenance, harvesting, and wages.
The company recommended a final dividend of 3.22 Singapore cents per share, bringing total dividends for 2025 to 9.35 Singapore cents per share.
During the second half of 2025, Bumitama divested its 100% interest in subsidiary PT Masuba Citra Mandiri.
