Singapore Airlines partners with PALO IT on AI-powered product development

SIA will adopt PALO IT’s Generative AI Enhanced Engineering methodology.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) has partnered with PALO IT to adopt generative AI software to accelerate and enhance digital product development.

This follows the successful pilot of PALO IT’s Gen-e2™ (Generative AI Enhanced Engineering) methodology.

The Gen-e2™ methodology integrates GitHub Copilot at every stage of development, positioning the AI tool as a peer programmer and shifting the traditional software development life cycle to a more streamlined, product-focused model.

As a result, SIA’s digital product squad was able to deliver a website feature for user acceptance testing significantly faster than expected.

“This successful Proof of Concept (PoC) with SIA is the result of a strong two-year partnership between PALO IT and GitHub to leverage Copilot’s capabilities to take software engineering to the next level by unleashing the full potential of AI in software engineering,” Tanguy Fournier Le Ray, Co-Founder and Regional Managing Director of PALO IT said.
