Boustead projects bags $50m+ Phase 2 contract from repeat Fortune 500 client

The contract lifts Boustead’s real estate order backlog to $343m.

Boustead Singapore Limited announced that its Real Estate Solutions Division, Boustead Projects, has been awarded a Phase 2 fit-out contract from a repeat client in Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The contract with the Fortune 500 corporation client is valued at over $50m and involves fit-out works for an integrated facility in Singapore, the company said.

Following the award, Boustead reported that its real estate order backlog stood at $343m.

The project will be undertaken by Boustead Projects’ engineering and construction (E&C) business unit.
