ISDN Holdings’ net profit increases by 25% YoY in FY2024

The final dividend is set at $0.0047, representing a payout ratio of 25%.

ISDN Holdings Limited’s net profit increased by 25% year-on-year (YoY) to $ 14m in FY2024, whilst profit attributable to shareholders grew 72% to $8.5m.

Group revenue grew by 9% YoY to $372.4m in FY2024, with growth in all key business units and regions.

Gross margin for FY2024 declined by 1.2 percentage points, mainly attributable to cyclical mix shift as weakness in the semiconductor and electronics sectors shifted mix toward solutions with slightly lower margins.

“The Group is seeing early recovery in the semiconductor and electronics segments, consistent with global trending, and remains confident that these sectors should provide solid long-term growth out of the downcycle,” the group said in a bourse filing.

The final dividend is set at $0.0047, representing a payout ratio of 25%.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
