CapitaLand injects $14.4m into Shanghai real estate firm

It will raise the firm's capital from $6.1m to $20.5m.

CapitaLand Limited will inject $14.4m into its wholly owned subsidiary Shanghai Zhuju Real Estate Co. Ltd. (SHZJ).

CapitaLand said in an announcement that the registered capital of SHZJ will increase from $6.1m to $20.5m. The cash injections will be made by SHZJ's three shareholders which are all wholly owned subsidiaries of CapitaLand.

Following the capital increase, SHZJ remains a wholly owned subsidiary of CapitaLand.
