Oxley in talks for Chevron House acquisition

No agreement has been signed on yet, but diligence reviews are taking place.

Oxley Holdings Limited (Oxley) confirmed it is going through negotiations with the owners of Chevron House for a proposed acquisition.

It clarified the details of an article published on 24 November 2017, which mentioned that it is already in the advanced stages of an acquisition deal.

The price is also believed to be around $660m.

Oxley said there has been no definitive agreement executed. It is also still conducting diligence reviews in connection with the proposed acquisition.
