AIMS APAC REIT posts 5.1% NPI growth to $67.6m with strong rentals

The REIT's rental reversion rate in H1 was 16.9%.

Strong rental reversions boosted AIMS APAC REIT’s net property income by 5.1% YoY to $67.6m in H1 FY2025.

The REIT recorded a rental reversion rate of 16.9% in H1.

With improved NPI, the REIT also recorded higher distribution to unitholders and distribution per unit (DPU).

In H1, distribution rose 5.0% YoY to $37.96m, whilst DPU increased marginally by 0.4% YoY to $0.04670.
