Capitaland Ascendas REIT portfolio occupancy dips 1.0% QoQ to 92.1% in Q3

The REIT's Australia and United States portfolios drove the overall drop.

Capitaland Ascendas REIT's overall portfolio occupancy dipped by 1.0% QoQ to 92.1% in Q3 2024.

The REIT's Australia and United States portfolios, which recorded respective declines of 5.1% QoQ and 0.6% QoQ, drove the overall drop.

Additionally, occupancy in the Singapore and Europe portfolios remained unchanged from the previous quarter.

Despite a decline in occupancy, the REIT recorded a rental reversion of 14.4% in Q3, with all portfolios except Europe achieving a positive rental reversion.
